With over 42 years in the transportation & logistics space, Kristopher has performed every job in the business, from driver & technician to owner. He has a well balanced profile, having earned executive roles within 5 of the top 20 transportation & logistics companies in the industry which included Eagle Express, U.S.Xpress, Dart Transit, Heartland Express, and Contract Freighters (CFI), many during their formative years, performing in all modes and market segments.

Kristopher has been a respected teacher and mentor to industry owners and executives for decades having served at the University of Georgia, Terry School of Business in Athens, GA in their Transportation Profitability Strategy's program as a board member, program chair and Board Chairman.

Having grown up in the transportation industry, Debbie has a thorough knowledge of the business. Key areas of strength include HR and administration with a keen eye for detail. She understands the challenges and complexities of growing and operating a successful  transportation & logistics firm especially within family owned businesses.

Russ has been passionate about motor carrier safety, risk management, truck driver & independent contractor workforce development and stability strategies for over 38 years. 

His expertise and perspective earned him a three year appointment to the Transportation Research Boards Safety IDEA Committee in Washington, DC. The National Safety Safety Board (NTSB) sought Russ' public hearing testimony on commercial driver oversight.

In addition to his industry expertise at key levels within Dart Transit and U.S. Xpress, Russ is a graduate of the University of Tennessee. He lives with his wife in St. Paul, MN and is an aspiring golfer.
